In this post, I will explain more about the “FreshBiz” Workshops and our unique methodology called “Multi Dimensional, Entrepreneurial Thinking”.
The best way to get a real feel for the “FreshBiz” game is by attending an introductory game based workshop.
In these workshops you as a facilitator will be able to start generating true changes in the way participants think and act in their businesses and personal life.
The basic idea of multi dimensional entrepreneurial thinking is being able to understand the many dimensions which exist in our businesses and lives and to be able to act in a skilled manner to generate break through results utilizing these dimensions.
The power of the methodology combining with the experience of the game comes from its ability to let us see things we haven’t seen before, change our limited beliefs and practice new ways of action.
A 3 hour workshops is a good start to get the foundations of entrepreneurial thinking which FreshBiz aims to teach. Those who want to take it one step further can participate in a full day workshop where more practical work is done and an individual road map is created by each participant.
From our experience world wide with thousands of participants, real changes can be made even after a 3 hour workshop, for some, the workshops turned out to be a life changing experience.
What’s in the workshop:
The workshop uses a winning combination of playing a board game, getting hands on experience, facilitation, coaching and learning of new methodologies and ways of thinking. This combination allows deep and quick implementation of the issues touched in the workshop.
Using a game generates true authentic behavior released from barriers which we are used to putting up in real life situations. Participants are themselves in a non threatening and fun environment. This leads to true understanding and break through related to the insights that each person comes away with.
