The game is all about teaching the players the skills of how to think and act like an entrepreneur.
The game was created by entrepreneurial mastermind, Ronen Gafni, over a period of 6 years. “FreshBiz” is a blending of 20+ years as an entrpreneur, mixed with various coaching methodologies and business experience, all in one simple yet highly sophisticated board game.
The main purpose of the game is to teach what we call “multi dimensional, entrepreneurial thinking”.
“FreshBiz” is a business game which simulates business environments similar to real life. The game contains many business dimensions within which the players interact. While the players progress across the board from the start square to the winner square they encounter business opportunities, options for leverage, possibilities of partnerships, and come face to face with many self limiting beliefs. Each player needs to exercise creative and new ideas in order for them to reach their goals during the game. The game offers the opportunity to observe one’s own automatic responses and provides challenging situations where each player decides how to act and when to use initiation creativity.
The game is played with 3 to 4 players at each table. Workshops can be run for up to 150 participants.
